Minimum Order Value

There is a minimum order value of £100.


Returns Policy

If anything you buy from us arrives damaged, we would appreciate a digital photo of the damaged item (so that we can avoid the problem in future), and we will usually offer a refund or replacement.

In case items are short shipped or do not meet your expectations, please let us know. If possible we will include the items in your next order, or send them immediately if you have urgent deadlines.

Unfortunately, we do sometimes make mistakes, even though we try hard to avoid them. When things go wrong, we look at the situation from your point of view, and provide a solution that is in your favour.


Packing & Shipping time

Orders are usually dispatched within 4 working days,

Shipping by royal mail standard parcel service is included in the cost of your order and takes 3-4 working days.

Out of stock items will be despatched to you within 7-21 woring days


Security, Ordering and Privacy

You may pay by credit card through Paypal, which offers a high level of security. The confidentiality of your transaction is very important to us. Your personal credit card details are never available to us or any third party.

You can by by credit card over the phone, simply call us on 01792 678 013 with your card details. Your personal credit card details are never made available to any third party.
