Minimum Order Value
There is no minimum order value
Volume Discount Rates:
We give the following discounts for volume orders:
Orders over £10 - 10%
Orders over £30 - 20%
Orders over £90 - 30%
The discount will be automatically deducted from your product total when you go to the checkout.
Returns Policy
If anything you buy from us arrives damaged, we would appreciate a digital photo of the damaged item (so that we can avoid the problem in future), and we will usually offer a refund or replacement.
In case items are short shipped or do not meet your expectations, please let us know. If possible we will include the items in your next order, or send them immediately if you have urgent deadlines.
Unfortunately, we do sometimes make mistakes, even though we try hard to avoid them. When things go wrong, we look at the situation from your point of view, and provide a solution that is in your favour.

Our shipping calculator provides you with an accurate calculation of the shipping costs for your order and helps you to minimise shipping charges.
If you want to know the shipping cost of an order, put the items in the shopping cart and click the 'Calculate Postage' button below the mini shopping cart. You can remove the product from the shopping cart, and the order will not be sent!

You may pay by credit card through Paypal, which offers a high level of security. The confidentiality of your transaction is very important to us. Your personal credit card details are never available to us or any third party.
